Job Overview
My client is a Copy Trading firm, using AI-based algorithmic trading, for the forex market.
They are looking for someone who has worked for a forex brokerage previously and who excels in excellent customer service.
They have been in trading for 18 months so are relatively new to the market. They need someone who can work on their own initiative and who is confident under their own devices.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Customer Services department for the company
Organise and answer all CS enquiries
Manage the CRM system
Provide stats and reports
Operate UK business hours
Requirements
Be able to work UK hours, or close to
Have previously worked for a forex brokerage
Have a full understanding of the FX market and managed trading accounts (e.g. understanding the different roles of the broker, the IB, the algorithm provider; understanding how to deposit and withdraw; understanding the difference between balance, equity, floating P&L etc.)
